What we supply

Plants sized to
what you will produce.

We supply and install ARO and RO purification plants — for new packaged drinking water ventures, and for businesses and institutions that need clean water on site.

The right plant depends on two things: how much water you need to produce in a day, and what your raw water is like. Borewell water at high TDS needs a different plant from municipal supply. We check both before we quote anything.

See how a project runs
01

Packaged drinking water ventures

The full purification line for a jar and bottle filling business — pre-treatment, RO, storage and dosing, installed and commissioned.

02

Business & institutional plants

Hotels, hostels, schools, hospitals, factories and housing societies that need treated water on site rather than bought in.

03

Sized on your water, not a catalogue

Capacity is set against your expected daily output and your raw water report — not picked off a price list.

Mineral water bottle plant

Bottles, jars,
or both.

A packaged drinking water plant is really two halves — the treatment side that makes the water safe, and the packing side that gets it into a sealed bottle or jar.

We supply and install the treatment half. The bottling half — rinsing, filling, capping, labelling — we arrange through the vendors we work with, so the two halves are specified to match instead of you buying them separately and discovering they do not.

Sizes people usually start with: 20-litre jars, 1-litre and 500 ml bottles, and 200 ml cups. Most start with jars because the machinery is simpler and the local market is already there, then add bottles once the licence is through.

  1. 01

    Raw water

Borewell or supply, into a feed tank.

  2. 02

    Pre-treatment

Sand and carbon filtration, softening where the water needs it.

  3. 03

    RO purification

Membranes bring TDS down to packaged-water range.

  4. 04

    Disinfection & storage

Ozonation or UV, then into a food-grade storage tank.

  5. 05

    Rinse, fill, cap

Bottles or jars washed, filled and sealed on the filling line.

What's included

Exactly what is ours,
and what is not.

Most problems on a plant project come from an unclear scope. So here it is in plain words, before you call.

We supply & install

Ours

  • The ARO / RO plant itself
  • Pre-treatment, filters and vessels
  • Tanks, pumps, dosing and plumbing
  • Installation and commissioning
  • Running it in front of you at handover
  • Operator instructions

We arrange for you

Coordinated

  • Jar and bottle filling machines
  • Jar washing machines
  • Capping and packing equipment
  • Related supply through our partner vendors

These come through vendors we work with. You still deal with us — one point of contact, one person to chase.

Not ours — and we will say so

Yours to handle

  • BIS / ISI certification
  • FSSAI licence and paperwork
  • Your building, room and civil work
  • Electricity connection and approvals

We will tell you what approvals you need and roughly when to start them. The applications stay in your name — we do not file them for you, and we will not pretend otherwise.

How it works

From your first call
to your first jar.

Five steps. We will tell you at each one what happens next and what we need from you.

  1. 01

    First call

Tell us what you want to produce and where. Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough to know if we are the right fit.

  2. 02

    Site visit & water check

We see the room and take your raw water — borewell or supply — for a TDS check. This decides the plant.

  3. 03

    Written quotation

Capacity, what is included, what comes through partners, and what you will need to arrange yourself. In writing, so you can compare it.

  4. 04

    Supply & installation

Plant delivered and installed at your site. We coordinate the filling and washing machines to land in the right order.

  5. 05

    Commissioning & handover

We run the plant, check the output, and train whoever will operate it daily before we leave.

Before you start

What you should have ready.

Nobody tells you this list up front, and it is where most first-time plant owners get caught. None of it is bought from us — we are telling you so you can budget for it properly.

Send your water report
  • A roomCovered, with a proper floor and drainage. Size depends on capacity — ask us before you build.
  • Three-phase powerMost plant sizes need it. Getting the connection takes time, so start early.
  • A water sourceBorewell or municipal. Either works — but the quality changes the plant, so we need to test it.
  • DrainageRO produces reject water. It has to go somewhere planned, not somewhere improvised.
  • Storage spaceFor empty and filled jars. This is almost always underestimated.
  • For a fast quoteSend us your TDS or lab report, two photos of the room, and your taluka on WhatsApp.

Cost

What decides
your number.

We do not publish a price list, because a plant priced without seeing your water is a guess — and a low number on a website is how people get quoted one figure and billed another.

01

Your raw water

TDS and hardness. This is the single biggest factor and it can change the plant substantially.

02

Capacity

How many litres per hour you need, based on the jars or bottles you plan to fill in a day.

03

Machines you choose

Filling and washing equipment varies widely. Semi-automatic and automatic are different budgets.

04

Your site

Room condition, civil work, plumbing runs, electrical work and distance for delivery.

Call or send your water report and we will give you a real figure in writing — not a range designed to get you on the phone.

Equipment

What we supply.

Skid-mounted RO plants in the capacities most packaged-water and institutional projects need. Yours is specified after we see your water report.

Where we work

Close enough to
come back.

We are based at Kedgaon on the Nagar–Pune Road. We take plant work across Ahilyanagar district — still widely called Ahmednagar — and the neighbouring belt: Pune, Nashik and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) districts, within a few hours' drive.

That limit is deliberate. A plant needs someone who can actually turn up when a membrane chokes, not a supplier eight hours away. Towns we regularly work around include Sangamner, Shrirampur, Parner, Shrigonda, Rahuri, Newasa and Shevgaon.

We do not take plant work outside this belt. If you are further away we will tell you on the first call rather than waste your time.

After installation

We are still on the Nagar–Pune Road next year.

The question nobody asks out loud: what happens when something fails in year two. Here is our honest answer.

We do not sell an annual maintenance contract. You call, we come. We keep common spares, we handle membrane and filter changes, and we train your operator at handover so small things do not need us at all.

  • Operator trainingAt handover, for whoever runs it daily.

Questions

Asked on most
first calls.

If yours is not here, ring us. We would rather answer it than have you guess.

Do you help with the BIS or FSSAI licence?

No — and be careful of anyone who says the licence is included. We will tell you which approvals you need and roughly when to start them, but the applications stay in your name and you or your consultant file them.

Do you supply the filling and jar washing machines too?

Not directly — we supply and install the purification plant. The filling and washing machines come through partner vendors we work with, arranged by us. You still deal with one point of contact.

Can I do bottles as well as 20-litre jars?

Yes. The treatment side is the same plant either way — what changes is the filling line. Bottles need rinsing, filling, capping and labelling; jars need washing and filling. Many people start with jars because the machinery is simpler and the local demand already exists, then add a bottle line later. Tell us what you plan to sell and we will size both halves together.

Do I need a BIS licence for a mineral water bottle plant?

Yes — packaged drinking water sold in sealed bottles or jars needs a BIS / ISI licence and an FSSAI registration, plus a small in-house testing setup. We do not file that paperwork for you, but we will tell you what is needed and when to begin, because starting it late is the commonest reason a finished plant sits idle waiting to sell.

Will you come to my taluka?

If you are in Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Pune, Nashik or Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, yes. Beyond that we will say no on the first call rather than take work we cannot service properly afterwards.

My borewell water is very hard. Is that a problem?

It changes the plant, not the answer. High TDS or hardness means different pre-treatment and sometimes a different capacity to get the same output. This is exactly why we test your water before quoting.

How much does it cost to set up?

It depends on your water, your capacity and the machines you choose — see the cost section above. Send us your TDS report and room photos on WhatsApp and we will give you a real written figure.

Do you sell the jars as well?

We are an authorised distributor for UMA Thermoplast, Coolstar and Rivella cool jars, but that supply is within Ahilyanagar district only. For a plant elsewhere in the belt we will point you to a jar supplier near you.
